Step By Step Procedure

1.      Use 'Contact Us' to submit your queries and inform us about your medical problem. We would contact you depending on the mode of communication chosen by you

2.     Based on your query we will send you a protocol list of medical reports that you should provide us with.

3.     Your reports will be submitted to our board of qualified and experienced doctors, who will provide you with their opinion, their recommended treatment, a prognosis, the time frame of recovery, and an estimate of the cost of treatment.

4.     If required, we will schedule a conference call with the treating doctor. Your first interaction with the doctor will be free of charge.

5.     If you wish to continue with the process, you will be required to register with us for a nominal fee of US$50 which will be adjusted in your final billing.

6.     We will then conduct a counseling session with you to discuss your destination, cost, logistics, facilities, etc.

7.     This will be followed by completion of your paper work (e.g., insurance, bookings, visa’s, Doctors appointments etc)

8.     After meeting all the pre treatment requirements, you will travel to your treatment facility.

9.     You will then be diagnosed, provided with treatment and care, and undergo the recovery process.

10. You will be guided and advised by your specialist in the matter of your follow-up care.

11.  All payments will be made during this process according to the agreement between you and Medical Referrals Asia. The agreements vary depending on the nature of the treatment.

12. Departure for your home destination.
